Summary
Amends the:
Australian National Training Authority Act 1992
to: increase the number of members on the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) Board; substitute a new definition of “Agreement” so that it will no longer be necessary to incorporate new agreements in a Schedule to the Act; and make consequential amendments; and
Vocational Education and Training Funding Act 1992
to ensure consistent references to the applicable ANTA Agreement; and make consequential amendments. Also contains savings provisions.
